Qualifications:

Baker

  • Male
  • 21 years old and above
  • With at least 1 year working experience as Baker
  • Should have good knowledge in preparation of international breads
  • Should have good knowledge in dough making and dough mixing

Bartender/Bar Waiter/Bar Waitress

  • Should have at least 1 year experience as Bartender/Bar Waiter/Bar Waitress in 3-5 star hotels, fine dining restaurant and/or reputable bar and restaurant
  • Experience in passenger luxury cruise ship is an advantage, at least 1 finished contract onboard
  • Should have knowledge in different types of spirits, international cocktails and mocktails
  • Should have an excellent mixing techniques
  • With pleasing personality and good communication skills
  • Should have excellent customer service skills

Buffet Steward

  • Male
  • 21 years old and above
  • With at least 3 years extensive experience as captain waiter in 4-5 star hotels or shipboard experience for at least 1 year related to position applied
  • Can communicate well in English
  • Well groomed and with pleasing personality
  • No visible tattoo
  • With passport and seaman's book

Butcher

  • Male
  • 21 years old and above
  • Experienced butcher from international cruise line holding the position of 1st butcher
  • With at least 1 year work experience as butcher from reputable meatshops, restaurants or hotels, supermarkets for entry level position
  • Can communicate well in English


Commis de Cuisine

  • Male
  • 21 years old and above
  • With at least 1 year work experience as Commis de Cuisine in a luxury cruise line
  • Pleasant looking with good communication skills
  • Should have wide knowledge in different international cuisines
  • Should have compete travel documents (passport and seaman's book ready)

Housekeeping Room/Public Area Attendant

  • Male
  • 21 years old and above
  • With experience in passenger luxury cruise ship is an advantage, at least 1 finished contract onboard
  • 1 year experience as Room Attendant and/or Public Area Attendant from 3-5 star hotels
  • With pleasing personality and good communication skills
  • At least 2 years in college
  • With shipboard experience an advantage

Housekeeping Steward

  • Male
  • 21 years old and above
  • Must have at least Bachelor's/College degree
  • With or without experience

Laundry Attendant

  • Male
  • 21 years old and above
  • With at least 1 year experience as Laundry Man/Laundry Operator in a 3-5 star hotel or in a reputable laundry establishments
  • Pleasant looking with good communication skills
  • Should know how to operate different types of laundry machines

Pantry Cook/Cold Kitchen

  • Male or Female
  • 21 years old and above
  • With at least 1 year experience as cook in cold kitchen section/pantry cook
  • Should know how to prepare international salads and salad dressings
  • Knowledge in different cold-cut hams
  • Knowledge in preparation of international sandwiches
  • Pleasant looking with good communication skills
  • Experience in fruit and ice carving

Pastry Cook (All Levels)

  • Male or Female
  • 21 years old and above
  • With shipboard experience or with at least 1 year experience from 3-5 star hotels/fine dining restaurants/related establishments for entry level pastry cook
  • Knowledge in international pastries

Pool Attendant (Deck Steward)

  • Male
  • 21 years old and above
  • With at least 1 year latest working experience in 3-5 star hotel/reputable resorts
  • Well groomed and with pleasing personality
  • Should have Red Cross training certificate
  • Knows how to swim and conduct first aid and CPR

Storekeeper (Stockman)

  • Male
  • 21 years old and above
  • Should have at least 1 year experience as storekeeper/stockman handling different food and beverage items (from canned goods to frozen meats, vegetables, etc.) in a 3-5 star hotel or fine dining and reputable restaurants
  • Knowledge in first-in, first-out method
  • With pleasing personality and good communication skills

Club Security Guard

  • Male/Female
  • 21 years old and above
  • With at least 1 year work experience as Security Guard. Experience as Casino Security, Hotel Security, or Airport Security is an advantage
  • Minimum height for male is 5'6" and 5'2" for female
  • Pleasant looking with good communication skills
