Qualifications:
- Male and Female
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in the same field
- Must have at least 5 years related experience
- Preferably with experience abroad
- Must have worked full time for at least five (5) years since 2012
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Must not have any relatives in any other province in Canada except Manitoba
