• At least 5'8" in height
• Pleasing personality

20 Bar Captains

• With at least 1 year related experience in a 4-5 star hotel

5 Kitchen Stewards (Male)

• 21 to 30 years old
• Minimum 1 year related experience in a 4-5 star hotel
• Good communication skills

20 Housekeeping Supervisors (Male/Female)

• At least high school graduate
• Fluent in English, basic Cantonese/Mandarin
• Fit and healthy
• With at least 5 years related experience in a 4-5 star hotel

20 Door Attendants (Male)

• Fluent in English
• At least 5'10" in height
• With pleasing personality
