• Male/Female
• 38 years old and below
• Must have Bachelor's Degree in any related course
• Currently a senior executive in the Rooms Division (Asst/Front Office Manager, Chef, Concierge, etc. of a 5 star hotel)
• Minimum 7 years experience in hotel industry
• Prepared to multi-task like handling guest check-in/out, luggage assistance, answer telephone, handle queries, run errands, etc.)
• Must be able to perform both high level and low level duties without any hesitation
• Perform 3 rotating shifts
• Good English communication skills both oral and written
