HOSTESS

• At least high school graduate
• With 1 year related and latest experience in a fine dining restaurant or reputable hotels

• Familiar with F&B task

FRONT DESK OFFICER

• Physically/medically fit
• Preferably a Tourism/ Hotel and Restaurant Management graduate
• With 1 year related and latest experience in a reputable hotels
• Well-groomed, pleasant looking

VALET PARKING ATTENDANT

• Physically/medically fit
• At least High School graduate
• With 1 year related and latest experience in reputable Hotels/ Resorts/ Fine Dining Restaurants
• With Driver's License
• Can drive high standard vehicles
• With good customer service
• Well groomed and with pleasing personality

RESTAURANT MANAGER

• Physically/medically fit
• College Graduate preferably related Management courses
• With 2 year related and latest experience in reputable Hotels/ Resorts/ Restaurants
• Result/People Oriented
• With strong leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate

COMMIS

• Physically/medically fit
• A graduate of culinary courses or any related course
• With 1 year latest experience in kitchen department, preferably in 3-5 star hotels/ fine-dine restaurants

CHEF DE PARTIE

• Physically/medically fit
• At least high school graduate
• With 1 year related and latest experience on board cruise as first cook or in a reputable hotels/ restaurants

DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE

• Physically/medically fit
• At least high school graduate
• With 1 year related and latest experience in a reputable hotels/ restaurants; shipboard experience is an advantage

BAKER

• Physically/medically fit
• At least high school graduate
• With 1 year related and latest experience in a reputable hotels/ restaurants/ bakeshop; shipboard experience is an advantage

ASSISTANT BAKER

• Physically/medically fit
• At least high school graduate
• With 1 year related and latest experience shipboard or from reputable hotels/ restaurants/ bakery

ASSISTANT COOK

• Physically/medically fit
• At least high school graduate
• With 1 year related and latest experience as cook helper in a reputable hotels/ restaurants; shipboard experience is an advantage

KITCHEN STEWARD

• Physically/medically fit
• At least high school graduate
• With 1 year related and latest experience as helper in kitchen department in reputable hotels/restaurants; shipboard experience is an advantage
• Preferably with knowledge and can operate dishwashing machine

PASTRY CHEF

• Physically/medically fit
• At least high school graduate
• With 1 year related and latest experience as pastry man in reputable hotels or related establishment; shipboard experience is an advantage

ICE CARVER/KITCHEN ARTIST

• Physically/medically fit
• At least high school graduate
• With 1 year related and latest experience in a reputable hotels/ restaurants
• Good background in fruit and ice carving

BUTCHER

• Physically/medically fit
• At least high school graduate
• With 1 year related and latest experience as butcher in a reputable hotels/ restaurants
