• Must possess at least vocational diploma/short course certificate
• With pleasing personality and good communication skills
• With at least 3 years related experience in handling similar capacity in a 3 to 5 star hotel (bar outlet) or fine dining restaurants
• Knowledgeable in cocktail and mocktail mixing
• With valid travel documents (Passport)
• Latest related experience should not be more than 2 years ago
• Shipboard experience is preferred but not required
